Our Story
Where Soul Meets Conversation
StoneyMae Productions was born from a deep conviction: that Black music, Black voices, and Black stories deserve more than a platform — they deserve a home. Founded by JaVonne Armstrong, StoneyMae is the creative and cultural engine behind some of the most soulful sounds you'll find anywhere online or off.
What started as a vision to preserve the richness of Black musical heritage has grown into a full media ecosystem: a 24/7 internet radio station, recording artists pushing creative boundaries, a gospel choir lifting hearts, a film community exploring Black history through cinema, and a growing family of listeners and members who share a love for authentic, meaningful art.
